The Wound Care Center includes computer-based imaging and wound documentation, appropriate diagnostic testing and guideline-based management of wounds. Management includes surgical and enzymatic debridement, topical therapy, compression therapy as well as other techniques focused on obtaining rapid and durable wound healing. Specialists participating include wound nurses, nutritionists, and vascular and plastic surgeons.
Amputee Care Center
Focuses on pre-operative and post-operative care for patients who require amputations. Prosthetic specialists and orthopedic surgeons play a critical role as they help patients meet the challenges they face after surgery. Physical therapists also play an important role in helping patients resume an independent lifestyle after surgery.
Diabetic Foot Care Center
