From Points North:
Take I-190 South to I-290 West (toward Auburn) and take Exit 18 (Rt. 9 - Ware/Framingham). At end of exit ramp, take a right onto Lincoln Street and travel to the second set of traffic lights. Take a right onto Highland Street (by Crown Plaza Hotel) and travel to fifth set of lights (approximately .8 miles). Look for Elm Park on your left. Take a left onto Park Avenue (follow sign for Rt. 9 & 12 Leicester - Auburn) Travel to fourth set of lights and take a right onto May Street (just before Park Avenue Pharmacy). Follow May Street for .6 miles. Look for the Fallon Clinic/Fairlawn Hospital sign on the left. Fallon Clinic is up the hill to your left below Fairlawn Hospital (191 May Street).
From Points South:
Take Rt. 146 North into Worcester until you see signs for I-290 East. Get on I-290 East and follow to Exit 17 (Rt. 9 - Ware/Framingham.) Take Exit 17 and turn left at end of ramp. Go over bridge and down hill to Lincoln Square. Go through set of lights, continuing straight onto Highland Street to fifth set of traffic lights (approximately .8 miles). Look for Elm Park on your left. Take a left onto Park Avenue (follow sign for Rt. 9 & 12 Leicester - Auburn). Travel to fourth set of lights and take a right onto May Street (just before Park Avenue Pharmacy). Follow May Street for .6 miles. Look for the Fallon Clinic/Fairlawn Hospital sign on the left. Fallon Clinic is up the hill to your left below Fairlawn Hospital (191 May Street).
From Points East:

From Points West:
From Mass Pike, take Exit 10 (Auburn) and merge onto I-290 East via the exit on the left toward Worcester. From I-290 East, take Exit 11 (College Square); at end of exit, proceed straight toward Federal Square/Downtown through three sets of lights. At third light, take a left onto Hammond Street and go underneath the railroad bridge and up the hill. At end of Hammond Street, take a right onto Main Street and then an immediate left onto May Street (by Diamond Pizza). Follow May Street for about 1.2 miles. Look for Fallon Clinic/Fairlawn Hospital sign on the left. Fallon Clinic is up the hill to your left below Fairlawn Hospital (191 May Street).
