Take I-495 South to Exit #19 (Rt. 109) At the end of the ramp, take a right onto Route 109 West. When you reach the intersection with Route 16, turn left onto Route 16 West. Follow Route 16 West for about 1.8 miles. At the intersection with Route 140 (at Milford Regional Hospital) turn right onto Route 140 North. Fallon Clinic is 0.8 miles ahead on the left, just past a Rite-Aid Pharmacy on your left and the 3rd District Court of Southern Worcester on the right. (176 West Street).

From Points South:
Follow Route 140 North into Milford. You will pass Milford Regional Hospital on the right at the intersection with Route 16. Fallon Clinic is 0.8 miles ahead on the left, just past a Rite-Aid Pharmacy on your left and the 3rd District Court of Southern Worcester on the right. (176 West Street).

From Points East:
Follow Route 109 West to the intersection with Route 16. Then turn left onto Route 16 West and follow for 1.8 miles. At the intersection with Route 140 (at Milford Regional Hospital) turn right onto Route 140 North. Fallon Clinic is 0.8 miles ahead on the left, just past a Rite-Aid Pharmacy on your left and the 3rd District Court of Southern Worcester on the right. (176 West Street).

From Points West:
Take Route 16 North toward Milford. At the intersection with Route 140 by Milford Regional Hospital, turn left and follow Route 140 North.
