Take I-290 West to Exit 12 (Rt. 146, Brosnihan Square/Millbury). Follow Route 146 South to the Millbury West Main Street Exit (after the John Deere dealership on the left). Take a left off the ramp onto Elm Street (follow sign to Millbury Center). You will pass the Millbury Public Library on your left. Fallon Clinic is located about a half mile down the road on the left across from Fidelity Bank (94 Elm Street).
From Points South:
Follow Route 146 North to the Millbury West Main Street Exit. Take a right off the ramp onto Elm Street (follow sign to Millbury Center). You will pass the Millbury Public Library on your left. From Points East:
Take the Mass Pike West to Exit 10A (Route 146 South). Take the Millbury West Main Street Exit (after the John Deere dealership on your left).
