From Points North:
Take I-290 West to Exit 12 (Rt. 146, Brosnihan Square/Millbury). Follow Route 146 South to the Millbury/West Main Street exit (after the John Deere dealership on the left). Take a left off the ramp onto Elm Street (follow sign to 122A, Millbury Center). After you pass through the center of Millbury you will come to a fork in the road near a CVS. Take a left at the fork onto Canal Street and follow this road for about 4 miles toward Grafton. Fallon Clinic is located in a white building on your right next to the Grafton Common (28 Grafton Common).
From Points South:
Follow Route 146 North to the Millbury West Main Street Exit. Take a right off the ramp onto Elm Street (follow sign to 122A, Millbury Center). After you pass through the center of Millbury you will come to a fork in the road near a CVS. Take a left at the fork onto Canal Street and follow this road for about 4 miles toward Grafton. Fallon Clinic is located in a white building on your right next to the Grafton Common (28 Grafton Common).
From Points East:
Take the Mass Pike West to Exit 11 (Route 122, Millbury/Worcester). Follow Route 122 South toward Grafton. You will pass the Wyman-Gordon manufacturing plant on your left. Continue straight on Route 122 as it joins Route 140. Continue on Route 122/140 South toward Grafton Center. You will pass a Super Stop & Shop on your left. Continue on Route 140 (after the 122 split) toward Grafton Center. When you reach the Common, turn right, then bear left. Fallon Clinic is located in a white building next to the Common near the Evangelical Congregational Church (28 Grafton Common).
From Points West:
Take Mass Pike East to Exit 11 (Route 122, Millbury/Worcester). Follow Route 122 South toward Grafton. You will pass the Wyman-Gordon manufacturing plant on your left.
